Opportunities for 2010 RID Region V Conference Sponsorship
Conference Registration Bag Donations:
A creative way to reach every conference participant is by contributing items to the conference Registration
Bags. As there will be an estimated 400 conference participants from across the region, take the opportunity to
advertise in a unique way by placing your company’s logo on items such as:
- Hand sanitizer
- Hot cocoa packets
- Water bottles
- Sticky note pads
- Candy/snacks
- Business card holders
- And even the conference bags themselves!
Along with an advertisement item, contributors may include fliers/brochures up to 5x7 in size at no additional
cost. To place an advertisement in the registration bags without an item contribution, a conference donation of
$250 is required.
Contribution items and 400 copies of any fliers should be received no later than June 1, 2010. For more

Program Book:
Purchase advertisement space in the conference program book. All advertisements must be black and white.
Prices are as follows.
- Full Page $850
- ½ Page $450
- ¼ Page $250
- 1/8 Page $150
All advertisements must be purchased and received by May 1st to allow for formatting and printing time.

EXHIBIT HALL
We invite you to be an exhibitor at the RID Region V 2010 Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. The conference
is just around the corner on June 16-20, 2010. By exhibiting at the 2010 RID Region V Conference, you can
maximize your marketing dollars by targeting those who are geographically close to your location. We are
expecting around 350-400 attendees from Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah,
Washington and Canada's British Columbia.
Attached is the application to become an exhibitor and below is the anticipated layout of the exhibit hall. Each
booth includes the following:
- One six-foot draped table
- Two chairs
- Secured exhibit hall

- Organization listing in the
conference Program Book
- Two exhibitor identification
badges
- Many opportunities to
network!
