Traveling to and around Salt Lake City:

Getting to the Hotel from the SLC International Airport:
The Marriott City Center hotel does not provide transportation to and from the SLC Airport. The hotel suggests using Xpress Shuttle which is the largest shuttle serving the greater SLC area. The shuttle is located at the Ground Transportation Desk located in the baggage claim area of both terminals. A representative is available 24 hours a day and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Reservations are preferred but not required. Xpress Shuttle #1-800-397-0773. The charge for the shuttle is $8.00 each way. Upon leaving the hotel to return to the Airport you may simply call/inform the hotel operator and they will arrange the shuttle return for you. Or you can call Xpress Shuttle directly.

You may also use a cab service which typically is around $25.00 fare each way.

Public Tranportation:
The Salt Lake City TRAX train line runs directly West of the hotel, where the Gallivan train station is located. Much of the city is accessible by TRAX train and/or bus, and the Gallivan station is located within the “Free Fare Zone.” Passengers may ride for free when entering and exiting a train or bus within the boundaries of the “Free Fare Zone.” (If you begin your ride before entering the zone and/or exit after leaving the zone, you will be asked to provide proof of payment.) We encourage you to take advantage of this service while you are in the city. Additional information can be found at the Hospitality display, including recommended establishments to visit on the TRAX line.
