The UTRID Board is seeking nominations for individuals to be awarded recognition at the 2008 UNITE conference sponsored by UTRID. The conference will be held June 11-June 14, 2008 at the Sanderson Community Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

The award categories are:
Interpreter of the Year

Interpreter Mentor/Educator of the Year

Kim Maibaum Lifetime Achievement Award

Outstanding Community Member of the Year
(Deaf nominees only please)

To nominate someone, please submit the following:
-Nominee’s name
-Names of 3-4 people who support the nomination
(please provide phone and/or email address for each)
-Brief explanation of why you feel your nominee deserves the award
